Bell Orley entered the Police in 1867 his rights are to be determined by Sect X, XI, and XIL of Ordinance 9 of 1862 for although subsequent Ordinances, viz: Jof 1868, and 8 of 1869 repealed these Sections yet they expressly reserved the rights which any any Inspector, Sergeant Constable
